We provide enriching experiences to enhance learning and offer cultural opportunities for our children to gain knowledge and skills to help them succeed in any sphere of life also to know places in our local area that they can visit with their families.
Some of the enrichment opportunities we offer are:
- Strictly Singing – to develop language and performance skills.
- Choral Speaking – performing in front of an audience
- Beach – learn about the environment and British traditions
- Local places of culture: Museums, art gallery, libraries, theatre.
- Local places to visit: Lancaster Farm, Delph and Chadderton Hall Park.
- Castleshaw Centre residential visit for Year 6.
In addition to visits, we welcome visitors into school to broaden children’s knowledge and add other perspectives to their learning. We also run many clubs including football, dodgeball, netball, Science and 
gardening.
